President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has inaugurated the Renewed Hope Initiative Committees for all six geopolitical zones, a move aimed at strengthening the administration’s grassroots mobilisation and development efforts nationwide.
The committees were unveiled in Abuja during an event presided over on the President’s behalf by Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma. The inauguration signals a renewed effort to expand public engagement and rally support for the government’s ongoing reforms.
According to a statement issued on Wednesday by the South-West zonal coordinating office, President Tinubu appointed Senator Dayo Adeyeye as the South-West Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Initiative. His appointment places him among a selected group of prominent political figures chosen to drive the initiative’s activities across the regions.

Speaking with reporters in Abuja shortly after his inauguration, Adeyeye expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for the trust placed in him and pledged unwavering dedication to strengthening the Renewed Hope Agenda in the South-West.
He also assured of his readiness to work closely with the National Coordinator of the initiative, Governor Hope Uzodimma, to ensure the successful implementation of the administration’s vision for Nigerians.
The statement added that Adeyeye urged all zonal ambassadors to commit themselves fully to achieving the objectives of the Renewed Hope Initiative.
