By Anthony Joshua was injured in a car crash on the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Nigeria, that claimed the lives of two members of his team, Matchroom Boxing confirmed.
The victims, identified as Sina Ghami and Latif Ayodele, were close associates of the former world champion. Matchroom said Joshua is in a stable condition and remains in Nigeria under medical observation.
Officials said the vehicle collided with a stationary lorry while overtaking at speed. Investigations are ongoing.
